Kevin Charoensri

Season 3 Episode 14

Send us a text

Chris, Peter and Phil finally get to the bottom of what is wrong with Gen X.  But only with the help of our gen Z guest, Kevin Charoensri.  While he has only been composing less than 10 years and he has not even finished his undergraduate degree, his works have been performed all over the country and he has been an artist in residence at numerous colleges.  If you count “crashing on a couch” as an artist in residence, our hosts are nationally renowned experts.  Kevin talks about resilience, musical influences and shares advice for aspiring composers.  Chris continues to develop T-Shirt concepts, Peter and Phil develop relatively little.  Join us as we listen to Kevin talk to us about conducting his own music at the Sydney Opera House.  Our hosts are hoping to conduct the Rhinelander Thanksgiving Polka Band in a stunning rendition of “It’s Turkey Lurkey Time.”
